Joseph T. Joseph, Jr. is the founder and principal personal injury attorney for Joseph Law Group in Cleveland, Ohio. His legal experience focuses on litigating and successfully negotiating settlements for those affected by a personal injury or wrongful death.
Joe has earned thousands of victories for personal injury victims throughout his career. He is also well-versed in appellate court, including involvement in a major insurance coverage victory decided by the Supreme Court of Ohio. He is authorized to practice law in Ohio and the United States District Court, Northern District of Ohio, Southern District of Ohio and recently admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of the United States. Joe represents clients throughout the state of Ohio as well as the surrounding states. Joe has litigated cases in nearly everyone of Ohio’s 88 counties. For clients who are injured in Ohio but reside elsewhere, Joe can represent them, too.

Joe attended Bowling Green State University, where he earned a bachelor of arts degree in English and minored in Political Science. He obtained his law degree at Cleveland-Marshall College of Law. Joe makes it a priority to remain current on injury case law. One way he assures this is by retaining membership in key legal organizations. These include The Ohio Association of Justice, the Cleveland Academy of Trial Attorneys, the Ohio State Bar Association, and the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association.
Joe has participated in The Cleveland Homeless Legal Assistance Program. This local initiative focuses on eliminating legal fees for homeless people. Joe has several years of experience acting as an arbitrator in Cuyahoga County. In that role, he hears and assists in rendering decisions on various claims pending before the Court. Joe has also lectured at educational seminars on topics that include “Insurance Law”, “How to be a Successful Negotiator,” “The Art of Settlement,” and “How to Start Your Own Law Firm.” In his career, Joe has tried dozens of cases to a jury and has had many successful verdicts for his clients.
