    Evan graduated from Boise State University in 2011, obtaining a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, with a minor in Political Science. He earned his Juris Doctorate from the University of Idaho School of Law in 2015. While attending law school, Evan’s studies included an emphasis on Business Law and Entrepreneurship. He was a member of the Law School Dean’s List for all three years.

    Coming out of law school, Evan was a partner/co-owner at Mortimer, Thomas PLLC in Boise, Idaho. His law firm handled a wide variety of legal matters, including clients requiring representation with personal injury, family law, administrative appeals, misdemeanor criminal defense, landlord-tenant disputes, breach of contract, business transactions, and civil litigation cases.

    Currently, Evan is a shareholder of Litster Frost Injury Lawyers based in Boise, Idaho. Evan has successfully settled and litigated hundreds of personal injury cases of all specialties: auto accidents, bicycle accidents, pedestrian accidents, motorcycle accidents, truck accidents, and catastrophic and serious injury accidents.
