Nicholas was born and raised in Brooklyn, New York. He graduated from City University of New York, Brooklyn College with a B.A. in English. He then attended New York Law School, where he earned his J.D. degree while working at personal injury and criminal defense firms.
After graduating from law school, Nicholas established his own firm. He specialized in the successful resolution and litigation of hundreds of cases, including automobile accidents, premises liability, construction accidents, toxic torts, and violations of civil rights. Over an eight-year period, he was able to obtain many favorable outcomes and generous awards for his New York and New Jersey clients.
During his time in New York, Nicholas was a member of the New York State Trial Lawyers Association, the Bay Ridge Lawyers Association, and the Columbian Lawyers Association. He was featured in VerdictSearch’s Top New York Settlements of 2015 for successfully representing an injured bicyclist, Verdicts and Settlements Hall of Fame of 2015 for successfully representing an injured pedestrian, and was also honored with Schnepps Communications’ “Rising Stars of 2015” award.
Nicholas relocated to Florida in 2019 and was admitted to the Florida Bar in September of that year.
