Meet Lane, an experienced attorney who has dedicated his career to personal injury litigation and workers’ compensation law since 1988, following his graduation from The University of Dayton School of Law. Lane's commitment to his field is evident through his extensive experience and achievements.
During his time in law school, Lane distinguished himself as the captain of the school’s award-winning mock trial team and served as the editor of the school newspaper, Equitable Relief. These early experiences foreshadowed his passion for advocacy and a keen understanding of the legal landscape.
After working alongside his brother Edward in their native Ohio for many years, Lane made the decision to move to Colorado. This move was driven by a desire to be closer to his daughter Abbey, who is now a graduate of the University of Colorado, Boulder. Throughout his career, Lane has garnered a wealth of experience, having taken thousands of workers’ compensation claims to hearings and tried more than 100 cases to verdict in various civil courts.
