In addition to his 15 years of practicing criminal law and extensive trial experience, Mr. Nolan also handles appeals in criminal cases and administrative driver's license revocation matters. His appellate work was published in People v. McCarty, 229 P.2d 1041 (Colo. 2010), a recent case that substantially changed Colorado law pertaining to vehicle searches by police.
