    More About Attorney Sara Ehsani

    Sara Ehsani-Nia is a Los Angeles native and first-generation college graduate. In 2019, Ms. Ehsani-Nia joined Bibiyan Law Group, P.C. as an associate attorney, where she works zealously to vindicate the rights of working people wronged by their employers in wage-and-hour violations, wrongful termination, sexual harassment, retaliation, whistle-blowing and class actions.

    Prior to joining Bibiyan Law Group, P.C., Ms. Ehsani-Nia worked as a civil litigator at a law firm specializing in federal litigation.

    Ms. Ehsani-Nia earned her law degree from UC Davis School of Law. There, she served as the student director of the Workers’ Rights Clinic, worked as a research assistant to Dean Kevin Johnson, and represented clients in the Immigration Law Clinic. Ms. Ehsani-Nia also sat on the board of several student groups, including La Raza Law Student Association and the Labor and Employment Law Association. In her free time, she gave Know Your Rights presentations to vulnerable communities. Her passion and commitment to advocating for exploited workers and immigrants earned her the coveted Martin Luther King Award upon graduation.

    Prior to becoming an attorney, Ms. Ehsani-Nia worked in political organizing and politics for President Obama, and held leadership roles in electing countless progressive politicians to office. Ms. Ehsani-Nia also worked as a law clerk at Public Counsel.

    Ms. Ehsani-Nia received her Bachelor of Arts (BA) from the University of Pennsylvania, where she graduated with honors and wrote an award winning thesis which was published in the Penn History Review.

    In her free time, Ms. Ehsani-Nia provides pro bono legal services to indigent clients through non-profit organizations such as Public Counsel, Al Otro Lado and Legal Aid at Work.
