John Marsh is a partner in the Montgomery office. He practices in the areas of business litigation, education/employment law, medical malpractice defense, products liability, and general civil litigation.
John has also handled landlord/tenant disputes, both residential and commercial, and defended governmental entities and law enforcement agencies. He is admitted to practice in all state and Federal District courts in Alabama as well as the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. John is a member of the Alabama Defense Lawyers Association and Defense Research Institute, and formerly served as a board member on the Montgomery County Bar Association’s Young Lawyers' Section
