Allison Ingram is Of Counsel in the Montgomery office and concentrates on civil rights defense, labor and employment law, and appellate practice. Allison has litigated cases in both state and federal courts in Alabama. She is also admitted to practice law in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit and the U.S. District Courts for the Middle and Southern Districts of Alabama. She has orally argued cases in front of the Eleventh U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals and the Alabama Supreme Court.
Allison is a member of the Alabama State Bar, Montgomery County Bar Association, and Alabama Defense Lawyers Association. She previously served as Volunteer Chair of the Alabama State Bar Volunteer Lawyers Program Committee and received the Alabama State Bar Pro Bono Award in 2004. Allison also served as the Reporter to the Court Advisory Committee for the 2010 changes made to the Local Rules for the United States District Court for the Middle District of Alabama. She was recently named to the Planning Committee for the 2022 Eleventh Circuit Judicial Conference.
