Ralph Brindley joined Luvera Law Firm in 1992, and over more than two decades he has helped numerous clients in plaintiffs’ medical malpractice and personal injury cases. Among his most notable outcomes, Brindley counts a $17.75 million jury verdict – one of the largest medical malpractice verdicts in Oregon state history – and multiple jury awards in excess of $1 million. Brindley retired from the firm in 2018.
Currently, Brindley is representing a patient against the University of Washington Medical Center for contracting the preventable Legionnaires’ disease, after having a heart transplant at the hospital.
Brindley was named the Best Lawyers® “Lawyer of the Year” for Plaintiffs Medical Malpractice Law in Seattle for 2012 and 2011. He has also been listed in Best Lawyers in America and selected by Seattle Magazine as a top lawyer in Seattle. Washington Law and Politics has also recognized him as a “Super Lawyer” in each of its annual editions.
Earning affiliation with numerous premier legal associations, Brindley is an invited member of the American Board of Trial Advocates and the Damage Attorneys Round Table, comprised of the top five percent of trial attorneys in Washington representing injured people. He was the past president of Washington ABOTA and Dart. He is also a fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers, a member of the International Society of Barristers, and a member of the International Academy of Trial Lawyers, whose membership is limited to the top 500 lawyers in the world.x
