More About Attorney Gareth Kirk

Gareth Kirk was born in Houston, Texas. He attended Texas Christian University, obtaining a Bachelor of Science in Communication Studies with a minor in Energy Technology and Management. For law school, Gareth attended South Texas College of Law in Houston, where he competed in multiple Moot Court National Championships, an Arbitration National Championship, and was selected to attend the Baylor School of Trial at St. Andrews.

Prior to law school, Gareth was a Manager and Marketing Assistant for a professional athlete, where he helped orchestrate endorsement opportunities, and gained valuable experience working with large corporations such as Nike.

Gareth then became a licensed Life, Accident, and Health, as well as Property and Casualty insurance agent. In this role, Gareth helped organize insurance plans for corporations and individuals, gaining invaluable knowledge of insurance policies and experience working with insurance adjusters.

Gareth found his love for the law when Joined the Kirk Law Firm as Marketing and Client Relations Manager, where he traveled across the nation working with corn farmers who had been wronged by Syngenta a multi-billion-dollar seed manufacturer. During this campaign, Gareth and his team met with and facilitated the representation of some of the largest corn farmers in the country. Gareth saw first-hand how necessary and helpful an attorney can be for those in need.

Since that time, Gareth has focused on personal injury law by studying the law, working for personal injury firms, and zealously aiding in the representation his clients in their personal injury lawsuits. Due to his prior work experience, and experience as an attorney, Gareth is not intimidated by large corporations, understands the insurance business, and is ready to fight for those who have been wronged.
