Richard Godshall is an experienced trial attorney whose practice focuses on catastrophic injuries caused by car accidents, truck accidents, construction site accidents, and unsafe conditions.
Rich previously spent more than ten years working as a defense attorney and partner in a nationally recognized firm. Now representing injured victims, he brings first-hand knowledge of defendants and their insurance companies to each case he handles. His unique understanding allows him to ensure that each of his clients receives a fair settlement.
Rich has extensive trial experience, including jury selection, lay and expert preparation, and cross-examination. He is also skilled in alternative dispute resolution methods, including mediations and binding arbitrations. Rich’s cases have totaled about $100 million in settlements and verdicts. He lives in Malvern, Pennsylvania with his wife Alice and two daughters, Adrienne and Riley.
