Meet Raeanna, a skilled attorney focusing her practice on personal injury civil litigation. With a wealth of experience and knowledge, she navigates complex civil litigation, handling cases arising from automobile and trucking collisions, premises liability accidents, dog bites, Section 1983 civil rights violations, and medical malpractice actions. Before joining Eskew Law, Raeanna acquired extensive experience in both criminal and civil litigation. As a former deputy prosecuting attorney, she handled misdemeanor and felony offenses, including DUI (OVWI) offenses. Her practice in insurance defense civil litigation involved cases such as automobile collisions, dog bites, and premises liability accidents. Raeanna also counseled and defended medical providers, including physicians and healthcare organizations, in medical malpractice actions. Her defense experience extends to Section 1983 civil rights actions and matters before the Indiana Attorney General’s Office, with numerous jury and bench trials in both state and federal courts.
Raeanna graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2003 with Bachelor of Arts degrees in Political Science and International Studies, emphasizing Global Security. She continued her education at Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law, graduating in May 2010 and becoming a member of the Indiana Bar in October 2010. Raeanna is admitted to the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana’s United States District Courts.
Actively involved in the legal community, Raeanna is a member of the Indiana State Bar Association, Women’s Law Association, and served as the program chair of the Calumet American Inns of Court for 2016/2017. She was selected to attend the Indiana State Bar Association’s Leadership Development Academy, graduating from the prestigious program in May 2016. Based in Indianapolis, Raeanna serves clients throughout the State of Indiana.
