David has been practicing law since 1985. Since that time he has been fighting to obtain justice for ordinary people against insurance companies, trucking companies, large corporations and others. He has witnessed the destruction and devastation that can be caused by the recklessness of others. David cares deeply about his clients and treats them the way he would wanted to be treated.
Throughout his career, David has handled cases against trucking and other commercial vehicle companies. He has handled cases in Indiana, Ohio, Kentucky, Missouri and Kansas. These cases are unique and require specialized knowledge of the trucking industry as well as the federal and state laws that regulate the particular area. In addition, lawyers handling these cases must have the financial resources and knowledge to hire the right experts in order to properly prosecute these claims.
David has resolved thousands of injury and death cases. Most cases have settled without the need to go to trial. However, David is an experienced trial lawyer who welcomes the opportunity to go to trial against insurance companies that refuse to be reasonable. He has handled numerous jury trials over the past 20 plus years and he continues to regularly go to trial on behalf of his clients. Although past results are important, every case is different. Indiana law prohibits the public communication of past performance. However, David would be happy to speak to you about your case as well as his experience.
