For over 20 years, attorney William J. Kelley II has devoted his legal career to representing injured people. During that time, he estimates that he has personally negotiated and resolved well-over 5,000 personal injury cases. He has also participated in jury trials in various Indiana and Ohio courts and has spoken at legal/medical seminars in Indiana, Kentucky, Georgia and Texas.
Mr. Kelley is the attorney who wrote the book on soft tissue injuries, Soft Tissue Injuries and Hard Ball Tactics (available on Amazon and Barnes and Noble). William “B.J.” Kelley grew up in southeastern Indiana in the same area where his extended family has been living for more than 100 years.
