Susan Lee Yu is the founding partner of Premier Justice Law, P.C. She has achieved substantial success in helping consumers in range of matters including, car accidents, slip and falls, wrongful death, dog bites, lemon law and business matters. She has litigated countless cases against insurance companies and manufacturers of consumer goods, obtaining favorable results for her clients. Ms. Yu prides herself in her ability to listen to her clients and obtain the best settlement or solution for her clients.
Ms. Yu worked helping consumers even before she attended law school. She worked for a personal injury law firm even before law school, learning and understanding the trauma and emotional turmoil of accident victims. During law school, she continued her passion to helping people by working at a non-profit legal organization to help victims of sexual harassment. After law school, Ms. Yu has litigated cases for injured people and lemon law cases. Further, she has represented both plaintiffs and defendants in small business matters such as ADA lawsuits, landlord/tenant leases, incorporation of entities and breach of contract cases.
Ms. Yu received her Bachelor’s Degree from the University of California, San Diego before attaining her J.D. from the University of San Francisco in San Francisco, California. Ms. Yu is a member of the Korean American Bar Association and the Asian Pacific American Bar Association. She is licensed to practice law in California and is fluent in Korean.
