App. 4th 623 (2001) and V.C. vs. Los Angeles Unified School District, (2006) Cal. App. 4th, No. B184022, defining the claims presentation requirements for child sexual abuse cases against public schools.

Mr. Cifarelli is a magna cum laude graduate of the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), and earned his law degree at Loyola Law School, Los Angeles.
