I have been representing thousands of Arizonans in nearly every type of legal matter from family law to criminal law to personal injury law since 1976. I am AV©-Rated* by the Martindale-Hubbell Law Directory, served as President of the Arizona Trial Lawyers Association, am an Associate of the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA), listed in “Best Lawyers in America”, “Southwest Super Lawyers”, and “Arizona’s Finest Lawyers”, as well as listed in several editions of “Who’s Who in America” and “Who’s Who in American Law”.
I was one of youngest lawyers ever to be certified as an Arizona Board of Legal Specialization specialist when I was certified in Criminal Law in 1982. I was also a charter member of the first group of lawyers to be certified as specialists in Injury and Wrongful Death Litigation in 1991, making me one of only two attorneys in the entire State of Arizona to be certified as a specialist in both Criminal Law and Injury and Wrongful Death Litigation.
I have also been inducted as a Life Member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, an organization recognized as the most prestigious group of trial lawyers in the United States. Only attorneys who have won million and multi-million dollar verdicts and settlements for their clients are inducted into the organization.
Over the years, I have advocated, both professionally and politically, for the public good by promoting personal responsibility, safer products and by safeguarding the rights of individuals and their families to obtain justice through the American legal system via litigation and mass torts.
