Michelle Villanueva-Skura is both a personal injury and criminal defense attorney with a passion for individual rights, government accountability, and personal freedom. Her background in insurance defense and personal injury makes Michelle an aggressive advocate for her clients. Michelle serves her community by defending its citizens’ rights and holding law enforcement and the prosecution to the standards imposed by both the state and federal Constitution.
She is a member of the State Bar of Arizona, Maricopa County Bar Association, Los Abogados, and Hispanic National Bar Association. In her spare time, Michelle volunteers her time with the Latina Mentoring Project, advancing the Hispanic legal community, and the Arizona Animal Welfare League. Michelle is a bilingual member of our team which serves her well in assisting our clients’ needs.
